The Core Care Plans Adapter for QuickFHIR provides an HL7 FHIR API for Core Care Plans (https://blackpear.com/products/core-care-plans/).

Capabilities

A consumer can search for care plans and associated documents held within Core Care Plans and relating to a known patient. A consumer can retrieve care plans and associated documents as Binary resources.

Terms of use

Where an endpoint is provided as a component of a Black Pear product, authenticated users may use the endpoint within the scope of their authorised role.
